Rules of Competition Simulation

• Icecup – Camp follows Special Olympics Rules in addition to opening the event for other abled body skaters from clubs in Iceland.

• For skaters in the Club line of the Icelandic Skating Association the 2023-2024 competition rules apply with the exception that we will use IJS judging system for evaluation of all figure skating programs. NOTE: All participants will be given a IJS protocol of their performance after the competition simulation as well as the opportunity to ask for judge’s guidance regarding their programs.

Categories: SO and ISS Club Line

SO Skaters will be divided into groups according to levels in a mixed gender and age setting. We will offer a run-through, competition simulation, of FREE programs in singles 1-6, pairs and unified pairs 1-3, ISS Club Line 15 years and older as well as ISS Club Line 25 years and older.
